NCI Quality Assessments – Reports to DDS

San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (SG/PRC) values the voices and experiences of the individuals and families we serve. The National Core Indicators (NCI) surveys gather feedback on regional center services, supports, and quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families.

SG/PRC uses these results to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and support continuous quality improvement toward meaningful, person-centered, and equitable services. Explore SG/PRC’s NCI survey reports, responses to the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and PowerPoint presentations below.

For questions, please contact the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD). Through California’s Quality Assessment Project, SCDD partners with DDS and the Human Services Research Institute to coordinate NCI data collection, including interviews with adults with I/DD and surveys of families and guardians, helping California assess service quality and individual outcomes across regional centers.
