The Governor’s Office of Emergency Services site has information about disaster assistance, the State’s Earthquake Program, hazard mitigation and hazardous materials, information for emergency managers, laws and regulations, meetings and workshops, and plans and publications.

Emergency Preparedness
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) website has an Emergency Preparedness page including “Feeling Safe, Being Safe” that will help you make a plan that you can use in case of an emergency. The video demonstrates how to complete the workbook and put together a home emergency kit. The printable magnet lets you post your essential emergency contact information on your refrigerator for first responders.
