The On-Duty Team holds an essential role in strengthening our response efforts and enhancing customer service.

This team works closely with the appropriate staff to help resolve matters quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective support.

Our On-Duty Team is available on-site to assist with any barriers in reaching staff, connect you with your assigned team members, and provide helpful information or resources as needed.

The On-Duty Team is committed to ensuring every question is answered and every concern is addressed, with appropriate follow-up to support timely resolution during normal business hours.

Even if you font know who to contact or what to do next, we are here to support each step of the process.

Please note: The On-Duty Team will not replace your Service Coordinator or assigned Staff or Manager; however they will notify the proper staff and leadership that follow through and resolution are needed. We believe in fostering relationships between you and your assigned team.

Ms. Aguilar and Mrs. Valenciano have a broad range of experience that are an asset to this role as the both previously served our community as Service Coordinators for several years. Our SG/PRC On-Duty Support Specialists are driven by the desire to provide timely and critical support to the community
