
Adult and Residential Services*
Zorahida Preciado, Associate Director, provides oversight for this division whose focus is either on services and supports for adult individuals (25 and older) or individuals living in residential settings.
Adult Services is comprised of five units who serve individuals 25 years old and above who either live with their families or live independently.
Our Residential Services* is comprised of three units who serve individuals living in residential settings that are licensed as either non-medical or medically-focused. These units also serve adults in Family Home Agencies. Service Coordinators in this department are responsible for monitoring the services provided by the various living arrangements as well as coordinating additional services to meet the individuals’ IPP goals.
Our Aging and Lifespan Services is comprised of one unit serving individuals 60 years of age and older living at home with their families, independently, or in a residential setting.
