Review of SG/PRC’s FY25-26 Performance Contract Draft Plan on Measures & Outcomes
Each year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and SG/PRC develop a performance contract to determine and measure how SGPRC delivers services. On a yearly basis, San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center releases a Performance Contract Plan DRAFT that provides data and measures on topics. To approve and close the Performance Contract Plan, SG/PRC must conduct a Public Input Meeting, where we will review public policy measures, objectives, and activities associated with those measures. The report is reviewed and allowed for public comment
The community has the opportunity to email, call, or send a letter regarding SG/PRC’S Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Performance Contract to the SG/PRC Service Access and Equity Director by May 17, 2025.
