Review of SG/PRC’s FY25-26 Performance Contract Draft Plan on Measures & Outcomes
Each year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and SG/PRC develop a performance contract to determine and measure how SGPRC delivers services. On a yearly basis, San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center releases a Performance Contract Plan DRAFT that provides data and measures on topics. To approve and close the Performance Contract Plan, SG/PRC must conduct a Public Input Meeting, where we will review public policy measures, objectives, and activities associated with those measures. The report is reviewed and allowed for public comment
The FY 25-26 Performance Contract Draft Plan Public Input Meeting will be held virtually at the Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 7:15pm during a Special Community & Board Meeting.
