Review of SG/PRC’s FY2026- 2027 Performance Contract Draft Plan on Measures & Outcomes
Each year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and SG/PRC develop a performance contract to determine and measure how SGPRC delivers services. On a yearly basis, San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center releases a Performance Contract Plan DRAFT that provides data and measures on topics. To approve and close the Performance Contract Plan, SG/PRC must conduct a Public Input Meeting, where we will review public policy measures, objectives, and activities associated with those measures. The report is reviewed and allowed for public comment
The community has the opportunity to email, call, or send a letter regarding SG/PRC’S Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Performance Contract to the SG/PRC Service Access and Equity Director by May 22, 20026.

Objective and Outcomes from previous Fiscal Year Presentations
Each year SGPRC presents its Objectives (Measures) & Outcomes from the previous fiscal year in a public meeting where the regional center shares data showing how well it delivered services and what outcomes people experienced. It is used to review and discuss the Performance Contract plan and the results of key service measures.
The meeting allows community members (families, individuals served, providers, and advocates) to review the data and give public input before the plan is finalized.
