Caseload Ratio Plan
- The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is the agency through which the State of California provides services and supports to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Each year, DDS provides information about SG/PRC’s Service Coordinator-to-Consumer ratios.
- When a center fails to meet these ratios for two consecutive reporting periods, they are required to develop and implement a plan of correction.
- This year SG/PRC’s Service Coordinator-to-Consumer ratios are higher than the ratios allowed in the Lanterman Act.
Purpose of the Caseload Ratio Meeting
- Share information about SG/PRC’s Service Coordinator-to-Consumer ratios.
- Obtain input from the community regarding the plan of correction that will be submitted to DDS.
