DESCRIPTION:Community Relations/Legislative Committee \nMeeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. \nThe goal of the committee is to inform the community of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities by assisting and planning in the coordination of public relations and public education events. Also reviews pertinent legislation and sends recommendations to the full board for approval as to the position regional center should take regarding critical issues. \n\nAll SG/PRC Board and related Committee meetings have been adapted to a video-conference format.   \nYou will need to have internet access to participate in the Board/Committee meetings (and a computer\, smart phone\, or e-tablet) during this adaptation.
