Welcome to the San
Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center.
Over the past four (4) years, SG/PRC has controlled hiring, realigned job responsibilities,modified staff benefits and stayed within the allocation while continuing to meet the expectation of our Contract and service needs for our community. However, despite past actions, the current shortfall in financial support will require SG/PRC to take additional measures.
Effective January, 2012, and continuing through the remainder of the current fiscal year, our agency will reduce the work schedule for all employees of SG/PRC by requiring a minimum of a 5% reduction in wages. In order to affect this, SG/PRC will be modifying our business office hours by closing the 3rd and 4th Friday of each month (January through June, 2012).
Please be assured that SG/PRC will maintain our twenty-four (24) hour access to assist our clients, families and vendor community. We are confident that this plan will have a minimal effect on services for our community.
